Running Shoes For High Arches What's The Difference Between Running Shoes And Weight Lifting Shoes?

What's the difference between running shoes and weight lifting shoes? - running shoes for high arches

I looked online for some running shoes and found the weightlifting shoes and wanted to know what is the difference between the two. I run and weight, and I know that the shoes in a ton of power running long distances can improve, but the shoes do the same weight-lifting? If so, how? Thank you to everyone who responded.
